Project 3000 is a concerted effort to ensure that every people group can access the gospel. Over the next five years, we’re sending 300 missionary explorers to research every remaining people group with no known gospel presence. Missionary Explorers are 2-year, fully funded team members willing to do whatever it takes to reach every nation – no matter the cost.
They must be willing to go to the very edges of darkness, be in good physical health, willing to live out of a backpack for weeks on end and have a passion for sharing the gospel with the lost, particularly in extreme places. Tasks include researching, finding and praying for assigned people groups, identifying with Christ and seeking to share the gospel using whatever language or gospel resource is appropriate. A key aspect of this program is working on a culturally diverse team of local and global partners. The project strategy is to find the assigned people groups and get to know them, then for missionaries to develop a long term engagement strategy for these people groups until they are reached with the gospel.

Over 3,000 people groups around the world have no missionary presence and likely no gospel access. No one is engaging them.
Until now.
